PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
I've really enjoyed living in this flat for the last 10 years. The flat is in a great location: close to the Hamstead Heath (great bakery called Karma bread with fresh cakes and bread), grocery shopping incl. fresh food (Budgens, M&S, other), sport facilities, restaurants, cafes, shops etc (Hampstead village 10 min walk).
The flat is conveniently close to Belsize Park Station (Northern Line 1-min walk) and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line 12-min walk), hence you can reach many places in London within 10-20 mins.
The flat is cosy and in a a quiet area (you hear birds chirping in the morning).
Lovely walk to Baker Street / Bond Street via Primrose Hill and Regents Park (especially nice if you have guests visiting).  I've been living here for 5 years and there was never any problem with the flat. All the appliances are working well. Neighbours are quiet and respectful to each other. The best part is the area - it is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London (quiet and safe). The tube and bus services are just one minute away from the flat.  I would totally recommend the flat, the Landlord and of course the area to anyone interested.

AREA INFO (BELSIZE PARK)

Belsize Park is a wonderfully cosmopolitan and exceptionally fashionable part of London. Its eclectic architecture and sense of history combine with ready access to Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath to make Belsize Park a beautiful environment in which to live. Along with the excellent shopping, the nearby Everyman cinema, The Hampstead Theatre, the restaurants and convenient transport, living in this part of London will always be a good choice.

The inhabitants of Belsize Park must love there coffee because you are never more than a couple of minutes from a cappucino.  There are shops, cafes and restaurants on Haverstock Hill and further down in the strip branded Steele Village after the pub of the same name.  There are more shops along England's Lane, where there is a popular butchers, Barretts, and in Belsize village on Belsize Lane.  There is a farmers' market every Wednesday at the Swiss Cottage end of Eton Avenue.
